What is your return/exchange policy?
Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, tagging attached, with proof of purchase. Defective items, unwashed, unworn, & unused will be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All regular unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise received at the store within 30 days of purchase will be offered for exchange or store creditor refund. Any shipping expenses incurred to return merchandise will not be reimbursed. Merchandise received after 30 days will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on merchandise that was not purchased at the on-line store. Items purchased at the retail store, received through promotion, or purchased at a 3rd party retailer cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.

We reserve the final approval on all Returns and Exchanges.

How do I return/exchange my purchase? Where do I ship my return or exchange?
iiJin wants you to be happy and love your purchase! In the event there is an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

  • Products must be returned/exchanged in their original condition with original packaging with all items unwashed, unworn and unused.
  • Please include all paperwork and receipts with the product.
  • Please do not cover barcodes or sku numbers to insure a smooth return/exchange process.

When will I see my refund on my credit card?
Credit Card refunds may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are dedicated to processing orders quickly. In the event you want to change or cancel your order, please email losangeles@iijin.com, ATTN: Change/Cancellation immediately for any change or cancellation inquires and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I track my order?
Yes. We will email your tracking number to you once your items have been shipped. Alternatively you will be able to login to your account to view your tracking info.
